Therapy Session (50 Minutes) $165 (average)
Intake Appointment (75 Minutes) $185 (average)
Supervision with Licensed Mental Health Professional $80 to $110 (average)

Insurance

I accept many health insurance plans for payment at contracted rates. I also have a few sliding scale hours per week for individuals facing economic hardship. Other payment options can be discussed with patients on an individual basis.

I am an in-network provider on the following insurance panels:

– BlueCross and BlueShield
– Moda Health

– Optum
– PacificSource

– United Healthcare

I can also bill insurance as an out-of-network provider.1 Or I can provide you with a standard insurance reimbursement form with my portion filled out, so that you to can request reimbursement from your insurance provider.

1 Please keep in mind that many plans have deductibles and co-pays. It is best to check these costs with your insurance provider. Payment of your copay/deductible or of the entire session fee is due at the time of service.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval (authorization) from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
